100% Pinot Noir from the Casablanca Valley. This wine has 6 months of aging in French oak and a very soft filtering. Aurelio believes it has strong varietal character and a great complexity. Somewhat darker color than the typical Pinots, it has a deeper ruby color.

The aroma is that of a classic Pinot Noir, with very floral notes with hints of violets and berries. To the palate, fine vanilla tastes and a medium body. A very satisfying wine with long, smooth and elegant finish. Few minutes of decantation is reccomended.
