October 2008. A first-time Viña Montes Spring Concert was organized at the Apalta Estate. The concert was held in the barrel room where for years Ultra Premium Wines lay resting all year at the melody of Gregorian chants.
After a cocktail at Café Alfredo, attendees sitting around barrels enjoyed a concert performed by the German quartet “Consensus Quartett Hannover” performing delightful music including “The Torero´s Prayer“ by Spanish composer Joaquín Turina and “Chords Quartet“ by Maurice Ravel.
