The use of rainwater, harvested in the large water reservoirs and the use of computer controlled irrigation minimizes our use of water in the vineyard, thus allowing to produce the very best grapes possible with the minimum amount of water to be used.

Greywater, produced by our production facilities is recycled before it returns to the environment, assuring the well being of the stakeholders.
